The electron orbital randomizer was a less-successful weaponry innovation of Beta Colony. By randomizing electron orbitals in atoms, it disrupted bonds between them creating "not holes". Its lack of success was primarily due to the fact that defense from it simply required the re-phasing of one's mass shielding.
