The Tactical Eyewear is a reward given to the purchasers of the Japanese Collector's Edition of Star Wars Galaxies. The three different types of visor were a player reward for players purchasing the Japanese Collector's Edition of the game. It is possible for the owner to re-create another set of Goggles using a command /seGoggles (while targeting self). The Goggles in the first picture are the only unique goggles in the set. The second and third both have similar counterparts.
