The Sims Bustin' Out 2 is the successor to The Sims Bustin' Out, released in July 12, 2007. It is the fifth title in The Sims console series and the third The Sims title to not be released on PC (after The Sims Bustin' Out and The Urbz: Sims in the City). It featured the same 3D environment and engine the past game did, however adds several features from The Sims 2 expansion packs: The Sims 2: Nightlife and The Sims: University. Bustin' Out 2 was released for Wii, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in the third quarter of 2007.
