Recoverable XP is experience that has been temporarily lost due to a death. It can be regained by paying Kinah to a Soul Healer. Of course, some experience is permanently lost with a death, but the lighter color on the right end of the experience bar indicates how much XP can be bought back. Recoverable XP will not be counted in when leveling until it is bought back.
