Harper Amulet is a quest item needed in the side-quest Find out What Happened to Montaron. It's needed to enter the first floor of the Harper building in the Athkatla Docks. It can be found somewhere on the ground floor in the same building. This item appears in BGII(SoA)BGII:EE(SoA).
