Tsangusuri (Fire, Asahina Shugenja only) Tsangusuri is the skill used by the Asahina to create a minor, one-use fetish or talisman. The creation of this minor nemuranai will often require much time (often as much as a week), finding materials and the right time and place to do it. To create a Tsangusuri the Asahina must first make a Astrology/Intelligence roll to determine the best time for creation. Then when the time is right and they have all the materials they must make a Tsangusuri/Fire roll to create the talisman or trinket. It is considered a High Skill.
