The halls are the first section of the The Temple of Hizk Ri quest. To get into the halls, head to the temple at 51.5S 67.9W and pick up the Carved Plate on the south east corner of the temple. Then jump down into the lower bottom part of the temple and hand the plate to the pillar on the south wall. If you get it wrong and speak with the guardian he will drain a large part of your health and may possibly even kill you.
