Charles Aidman (January 21, 1925 – November 7, 1993) made a guest appearance on the CBS-TV series M*A*S*H in Season 6, appearing as Colonel Victor Bloodworth, a HQ officer who coldy tallied casualties at the front and gave his repotts to the MASH units in the episode titled "The Grim Reaper". Charles also introduced the Tom Willis character later used in the spinoff series "The Jeffersons" in Season 5 of another popular CBS-TV series, All In The Family. The character, whose first name was originally Louis, appeared in the episode "Lionel's Engagement". The character was played on still another popular CBS series, the AITF spinoff series, The Jeffersons by Franklin Cover, who did a much different take on the character.
