The pfOS is the brainchild of Twilight Sparkle. After it's creation, the ptOS was handed over to the P4-F by the P4 Council after the Incident 7W1GH7'5 K1NGD0M. pfOS is Ponyvile's Central Operating System which regulates all manner of electronics within the city, from surveillance cameras to traffic lights. The system also monitors levels of friendship and reports this data to the P4-F Council.
