The Hojize River Neighborhoods were two neighborhoods of Hojize district at Otosan Uchi, divided by the Hojize River. The western half, called the Wandering Refuse, contained the inland ports while the eastern half, called the Rotting Blossom was devoted to the sale of the goods received through other half.
