The Grand Campaign is a game mode that encompass both tactical battles and strategic empire building. The time frame is 100 years (200 turns) between 1700 and 1800. The player can take leadership of one of several playable major factions during the time period, including Great Britain, France, Prussia, and the Ottoman Empire. There are also many minor nations to interact with.
