The Council of Magi is a universatile, ecumenical body of magic users, which meets to preside over magical affairs beyond the knowledge or control of those who do not study or practice the art. Arcanums around Odenna (and Ellador) send delegations represent their views and contribute to order in the magical world and the world as a whole. The Council assembles at least yearly for the Moot, but may be called at time of need.
