S-22 is assistant to The Spectre. Spectre believes Belle Wayne is The Owl. When S-22 is ordered to take Owl Girl as her roommate, she expresses her distrust for Belle. Later, she reports Belle sneaking away to try to get a look at Spectre's face. S-22 preferred suicide to capture by The Owl. It is not explained how she killed herself.
