The defining character of Phaedrus is his Mission to create the greatest library in the Tribunal (or the world). His main means to do that is his background as a traveling pedeler, and hopefully a bunch of spells he will research to help copy books. (I have based a lot of my planing on the expection that there are some kind of Physical Quality in 5:th like in 3:rd and 4:th. The right Rego based spells ought to be able to give our craftsmen a consistent high quality output, giving books that are valuable in trade.)
