Tele-Snare is a special combat spell. When used on an enemy, it has the same effects as Snare, except it does no damage. When used it traps the target for 10 seconds and teleports the target near the caster. This is ideal for PvP where players are running away, players can grab the runners back and attack them while they are trapped.
