Pyros were humanoid creatures that were armed with backpack flamethrowers. They were trained from the Pyromaniac Generator. Like the rest of the faction, the unit was scrapped after negative fan reaction. In 2012, Ubisoft posted an April Fool's post that claimed that the Forge would be included as a new faction in Might & Magic: Heroes VI. They included artwork of several redesigned units, including the pyro.
