The Race::1999 Crystal Flash 100 was a CRA Kendall Late Model Series event held at Track::Indianapolis Raceway Park on August 21, 1999. Eventual season champ Brian Ross earned another victory in his record-setting 1999 season, leading every lap and easily holding off runner-up Tim Felver in Felver's best finish of the year.
