Declan visits Butlers and tells John that, luckily for him, he trusts Jai's judgement and has a proposition to invest in exchange for 20% of the business, to enable John to buy the farm. Moira then annoys Declan by pushing the percentage down to 15. At the same time, Ella insists that Adam have a drink with her and opens a bottle of wine. As they joke together, Ella leans in and kisses him. Adam pulls back at first, but then responds before hearing Mia and Declan return home and quickly leaves. Meanwhile, Debbie confides in Chas about the divorce papers. Chas wonders whether Cameron's ex is playing clever games, knowing that naming a different woman will cause problems between them. Later, Cameron insists that he loves Debbie and is being truthful when he says that he wants to be with her.
