The Ministry of Paranormal Warfare is a section of the United Citizen Federation's Armed Services organised and controlled primarily by Military Intelligence. The purpose of this Ministry is discovering and creating ways to use Paranormal abilities, such as psychic powers, for military application. During the time when the Battle of Fort Casey and the John A. Warden Incident occur, Carl Jenkins is in charged of the Ministry of Paranormal Warfare as the minister.
