The Spiral Caverns are explored by Red and Boober in the Fraggle Rock episode "Marooned." On Boober's birthday, Red is given the job of keeping Boober occupied while Boober's party is prepared. When Red goes into the Spiral Caverns, they enter an area where there is a falling rock warning. When they enter, some rocks begin to fall, and Red and Boober end up trapped in a cave-in.
