Herr Doktor Sebastian Wilhelm Johannes Goddestreu is a Hulstrian Hosian Democratic politician and diplomat, who is currently serving as Governor-General of Hulstria and Gao-Soto, succeeding Count Michels after the 3426 election. Goddestreu, known for his diplomatic demeanour and self-deprecating dry wit, gained great respect from the international community while serving as the foreign representative of the 15th of September Movement and later as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hulstrian and Gao-Showan Government.
