It was released on the January 19, 2011 as part of the Valentine's Day Event (2011) and could be obtained as a reward by redeeming 500 Valentines from the Valentine's Mailbox. It was available in the reward list as soon as the mailbox items reached 300. When redeemed, you will be able to share one with friends through a regular wallpost (that is posted on your wall).
