Tomas Tamayo is a Marine and former/fellow gang member of the PC's who was arrested after delivering four crates of weapons to two members of a street gang. It was later revealed that Tomas's foster mother was the one responsible for coming up with the plan to give the gang more weapons in the hope that it would prevent more bloodshed. Tomas ultimately avoided being prosecuted for the crime and any jail time by receiving orders that requested he be shipped out to serve in Afghanistan.
