The Shadow's Coil began its life as the Hellfire in Imperial service. After years of successful service, the ship finally fell prey to pirates. In 7 ABY, the Hellfire was captured by pirates led by the Zabrak, Zegn Anntoin. Abandoning the ships they had used before then, the pirates renamed the ship the Shadow's Coil. Half of the original crew joined Zegn and his men. The rest were killed. The captain of the Shadows Coil, Zegn Anntoin, hates Lucath and Nietdaeth with a passion. Unfortunately (for him), the crew are loyal to Noel Silvermoon rather than Zegn.
