"Someone New to Meet" is a song from "Roo Sticks," an episode of The Book of Pooh. Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, Tigger, and Owl sang this song when they saw that (not knowing who they were at the time) Kanga and Roo had moved into the Hundred Acre Wood. Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit and Tigger are all suspicious of Kanga and Roo at first, but Owl helps them to see that they should be welcoming. The song is Track 18 on the album Songs from The Book of Pooh.
