Yuri Maplefield (born Port Blue, 1983) is the first and current president of El Zatroseio and the emperor of the New Arctic Order microalliance. He officially became the president and high minister of El Zatroseio in January 2013 when the USA released their El Zatroseio Colony from a colony to be independent. Maplefield was already the president of the El Zatroseio US Colony and therefore it was not suprising that he was re-elected to be the president of the country when it became independent.
