Hollywood 823; ca. 1930s ; Misses' and Women's Frock. One-piece frock. Blouse front is pleated below straight shoulder yoke and is buttoned at center front. Skirt front is also pleated and joins blouse under buckled belt. Back, with center inverted pleat, is in one below shaped yoke. Turned down collar may be with or without tie.
