Stewart also appeared as one of the many faces seen during the mind-bending contest between Morbius and the Fourth Doctor in The Brain of Morbius. (DWM 329) Stewart began writing in 1959, penning thirteen episodes of Interpol Calling. Afterwards, he wrote for Danger Man, Dr. Finlay's Casebook, The Avengers, Adam Adamant Lives!, Callan, Jason King and The Sweeney. However, he is best known for creating Shoestring (1979-80) and Bergerac (1981-91).
