Mabel Stillman is the eldest of the three Stillman sisters. They each stole the Charmed Ones identities and powers. Since she is the eldest, Mabel obtained the powers of Piper Halliwell. Eventually, her powers were bound like her sisters as well and was sent to jail for murdering a family and a vacuum salesman.
