Due to an unknown reason, cities around the world has fallen into complete anarchy. This map game will focus on Hong Kong, which is struggling between three powers, the People's Republic of China, the Free People of Hong Kong and the Victorian Conglomerate. You can control one of the districts in the city. You, as your district, can lead your alliance towards victory, or switch sides and betray your friends. It's all up to you.
