Malven Romori is a Dunmer mage who resides at the Mages Guild in the Vivec, Foreign Quarter. She has a number of spells available for purchase, and also offers spellmaking service, by which the hero can make custom spells from those already owned (e.g. if a low-level "Open lock" spell is owned, an new, higher level Open Lock spell can be created).
