Arthur Parks was the new CEO of Stark International after Tony Stark resigned. However, he was soon driven to insanity from all the bad press and having to live in Tony's shadow. He secretly used an experimental suit capable of turning him into pure energy. Using these powers he assassinated all his enemies, but soon Tony discovered this. His suit was damaged in an aerial battle with Iron Man and he was killed when it exploded.
