Hiro made this after copying Sasuke's Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation this reacts similar to it but hiro uses this in combination using his sharingan ability to track fast-moving objects which he then can attack using ninja tools keeping his opponent off balance and making it hard for them to counter he also use's hiden wire to trap them for his fire release or to channel his chidori to shock his enemy.
