The Swedish Electronic Government Service and Administration is involved in the on-going development of the Swedish public sector, ranging from converting and organizing physical (e.g journals in paper form) archives to relocating services to an online environment. This has not only important practical implications, but has also created a debate on how to adjust the legislation in this area, so as to accomodate the issues created by the new technology.
