The Standard Pure-flow Boost upgrade is a vehicle upgrade featured in RAGE. It comes equipped on the Monarch. The Standard Pure-flow Boost, despite being a default upgrade, is rather effective in Vehicle Combat against most of the Northern and Eastern Wastelands. They provide enough boost to escape and chase bandit vehicles quickly and effectively, and work well paired with the Monarch Pulse Cannon. However, the player should consider purchasing the Advanced Pure-flow Boost upgrade upon completing the quest "Ark Equipment", as the Authority Predators will be much easier to handle with the upgrade.
