Ed was a bouncer in a local hot nightclub in Portland, Oregon. He was doing what he did best, filtering the club-goers from the trouble-makers as a young beautiful model, Samantha Crain, was on the run from these evil Chinese Monks who everyone mistakes as Ninjas. They were chasing her because they believed her sister, Cammy Crain, was in possession of a very rare lotus flower that was to give whoever ate it ultimate power. Shortly after, Cammy took the real flower to a museum and Ed and Samantha kissed in victory and have been together ever since.
