Kan'i-sei no Kemuri (簡易性の煙, "Fumes of Simplicity") is a difficult, but powerful utility spell developed by Shinobu Kirisage: a Kidō Master well documented within the history of the Kido Corps for his tireless research and development of mind-related spells. While its actual name is common knowledge, it is usually reffered to simply as Kirisage's Fumes of Simplicity; in honor of its late creator.
