Ciyer Dogged was a Human Jedi. He started out as a petty thief, but Avlin Evwed found him and trained him as a Jedi. He studied Ikodu, or the Way of Reflection. After his master's death, Ciyer joined his crime syndicate, Jackpot, and became the advisor for the leader at that time, Geconoia Ticogeer . After a while, he handed over the job to a more qualified candidate. But he had made a lot more enemies, so he always kept his hood up to hide his identity and to prevent his opponents from seeing his emotions.
