The bullets are shot all at once in random angles then they fall back and hit the ground. This enemy also have a different AI from the other diggers: If it stays down in the ground for 5 seconds or longer, then it will be forced to stay above ground for 2.5 times its previous dwelling duration (e.g. If its dwelling duration was 5 seconds, it will stay above ground for 12.5 seconds before heading down again).
