These enemies are essentially highly beefed up versions of the White Skull Stickmen from Castle Gate. And like those enemies, these suffer the same problems; They only attack horizontally with a melee attack. Thus, baiting them is very simple to do. Be cautious when they are paired up with Red Skull Stickmen or Red X Walkers, as they have ranged attacks that can deal a lot of damage to the bait.
