Bill Polich is a former NASCAR driver from Dana Point, CA. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career. Both of those races came in 1976, when Polich debuted at Riverside. Starting last (35th) in the field, Polich had an early crash and wound up 26th. Polich was able to improve in the other Riverside race that year, starting again last but this time driving to a 17th place effort.
