Asheron's Call does not allow you to adjust anti-aliasing in game, though they may add this ability in the future. This does not mean you cannot run AC anti-aliased though. You will need to force antialiasing using the settings controls of your particular graphics card. If you have just the driver installed, you may need to download additional software from your card maker or from ATI or Nvidia. Exactly how you force antialiasing will depend the card you have and the driver version/manufacturer software you have installed. Some examples:
