He is a Summit Dwarf boss found in Sorrow's Furnace. He might be accompanied by a second monk boss, which could make killing him tough. Also be warned of the 3 Furnace Guardians that lie behind him, for if you aggro too much they could, combined with Garbok, rip apart your team.
