The Arachnos Heavy Blaster can be found in Recluse's Victory. Villains may control up to one of these Elite Bosses while they are in the zone. There are 3 of them available at any one time, one from each of the three Heavy spawn points. If the spawn point does not contain a Heavy, a player already has control of the appropriate Heavy. The spawn point will replensih the Heavy after approximately 30 seconds.
