Kankai Kijitsu was an illicit annual festival of the Crab held at Jadoku Toshi, a valley town near the Razor of the Dawn Castle. The Crab bushi recounted the greatest oni slain that year, and remembered their greatest victories from the past. The festival was sometimes raucous and sometimes somber, for with each oni came the inevitable list of their victims.
