Franka Metzger was a female Human and the daughter of Earth Starfleet Commander Johanna Metzger. After Metzger and fellow Columbia officers were permanently imprisoned on Axion follow the destruction of Erigol and the passage backwards through time, Johanna found that she could no longer see Franka's face in her mind.
