Anna Lloyd Grieves (née Amphlett) (11 December 1901 – 6 January 1999) was a solicitor and local politician. Born in Colwyn Bay in North Wales, she was the daughter of James Amphlett, a solicitor and his wife Eliza Ann Slater née Lloyd. By 1935 she was living in Kensington. She married Joseph Arthur Grieves in the same year. Labour Party member of the London County Council 1952-65 for Kensington North, member of the Greater London Council for Lambeth 1970-73, Lambeth Central 1977-81.
