Clan Delzimmer was a dwarven clan from Delzimmer. The Delzimmer clan's Waterdeep townhouse, as of 1374 DR, was an opulent four-storey building on Swords Street, adjacent to Sapphire House. Adjoining to the north was Sablehearth, the Irlingstar mansion.
