Adam Fells also known as Geomancer is a Metahuman based out of Central City. He was hell bent on going to war with The Flash however he soon realized The Flash had disappeared and was no longer in The City. However he ended up going to war against Jay Garrick and Joe West along with the rest of The Central City Police Department.
