It was originally the home of Carly Reynolds and Zach Reynolds first lived in Season 8. Carly and Zach spent much of their stay at this home until they moved into the Beach House. After Carly moved back to Montana, there was still four months left on the lease. David Silver then moved into the home and Valerie Malone moved in with him a few weeks later. Across the walkway, a musician named Woody Sloan lived in a similarly-styled home.
